|The ERGOGUYS home office is in sunny Arizona. Working in the dark in front of computer screens all day should make us pasty white, but we get out on the weekends. Between June and October we don't expect to see many days with a high below 100 degrees. We also don't expect to see any rain. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as we spend all our time researching new and exciting ergonomic products to offer our customers.|
We're always looking for the "next best thing" so if you have seen a product that you really like that we don't carry, drop us an email with the pertinent information and we'll be happy to look into it.
Unlike some retailers, we aren't ashamed to say that we are in business to make a profit. After all, we both have families to support. But we have low overhead and consequently we can pass on the savings to our customers. We figure that if we treat you right you'll keep coming back and maybe even tell your friends or co-workers about us.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Returns are accepted during the first 30 days only. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning items. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. You will not receive any credit or refund if you fail to first obtain an RMA. Some items, such as furniture, have a 25% restocking fee, imposed by the manufacturer.
Opened software can only be replaced for the identical product, no refunds or exchanges.
To request a Return Authorization for an item, please send an email to
email@example.com. Please include your name, address, phone number, and order number so we can process your request as soon as possible.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please insure your return and be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for damaged returns or returns sent via a non-trackable method. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.There are no refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges. Returns must be shipped/postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be received within 14 days of RMA issue.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of receipt of the return to our suppliers. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.
There are no refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges.
Returns must be in the original carton and condition with all documentation, packing materials, diskettes, and parts. A 20% restocking fee applies to missing items, damaged, missing packaging or products drop shipped from manufacturers.
Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change. Items may be discontinued at any time,in which case one of the Ergoguys will contact the purchaser to substitute a similar item or cancel that portion of the order.

All items are covered by warranty as specified by the original manufacturer. Should you experience any problems due to improper workmanship or material defects, please contact the manufacturer to arrange for repair or replacement.
We do not provide any warranty beyond that stated by the original manufacturer nor do we make any claims that any product supplied by us will necessarily relieve or reduce a particular problem that you are experiencing. Products supplied by Ergoguys are not health care products or medical aids and are not offered as such.
We strongly urge you to consult with your medical advisor before, during and after purchase in the event that you are experiencing any health or medical concerns.
For delivery within Arizona sales tax will be added to each item.
